What personal data we collect

We keep the data we collect to a minimum. In the ordinary course of running this website, we may process:

• Contact details you provide directly — if you email or call us, we process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, in order to reply to you.
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated automatically by hosting infrastructure, kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• Responding to enquiries — legitimate interest in answering questions you send us, and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Security and troubleshooting — legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functioning correctly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting or contractual obligations).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data, or complete incomplete data;
• Ask us to erase your data, in certain circumstances;
• Ask us to restrict how we use your data;
• Receive your data in a portable format;
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookie Policy

This website currently sets only one piece of strictly necessary, functional browser storage: a record of whether you've dismissed the cookie notice, so we don't show it to you again on every visit. This is stored locally in your browser (not a third-party cookie) and is never shared with anyone. Under GDPR and the ePrivacy rules, storage that is strictly necessary for a feature you've requested does not require consent — but we tell you about it here for transparency.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies. If that changes in the future (for example, if we add website analytics), we will update this section and add a proper consent mechanism (accept/reject controls) before any non-essential cookie is set, as required by law.
